At SlimVi, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with SlimVi. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.
- How can I ship it back to you?
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE ITEM OR RETURN IT TO THE SENDER, EMAIL US FIRST TO PROCESS THE RETURN.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. You're responsible for paying the return, exchange or store credit fee which covers the cost and restocking to send the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
There's a restocking fee to return your item and process a refund. The fee will be deducted from the gross sales amount that you paid for your order and the balance will be refunded to you.
- How can I cancel an order?
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
