We hope you will love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning it to us is easy.

You can return unused items with tags to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply email us at contact@slimvi.com to start a return, our team will assist you.

- What's your warranty?

At SlimVi, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with SlimVi. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.

- How can I ship it back to you?

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE ITEM OR RETURN IT TO THE SENDER, EMAIL US FIRST TO PROCESS THE RETURN.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. You're responsible for paying the return unless a mistake was made on our end. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

- How can I cancel an order?

We will cancel and refund any orders that haven't been shipped yet, however if a refund is being requested for an item that has already been dispatched, we won't be able to modify or cancel it.
