- How often should I use SlimVi?
You can use SlimVi daily for 10-30 minutes. Our advise is to use it 4 times a week. Be careful not to over stimulate your muscles as you may get muscle fatigue. Use it anytime and anywhere because of its wireless, thin and light design, that’s what makes SlimVi the convenient choice for fitness fanatics.
- How old should I be to start using SlimVi?
You can use SlimVi once you turn 15 years old. If you are under 18 years we require getting parental consent before purchasing any SlimVi products.
- How often do I need to change the gel pads?
The gel pads can lasts up to 6 months if you take good care of them.
- Does your pad need any batteries?
Yes, you will need 2 AAA batteries for each pad.
- Is your product Unisex?
Yes female and male can both use our product and both equally get the famous results that SlimVi is known for.
- Can I use it while I am pregnant?
No, you can not use SlimVi while you are pregnant. Wait 6 weeks after the birth of your baby and 3 months after a caesarean.
- What requirements do I need to meet to use SlimVi?
Any healthy person can use SlimVi. Do not use SlimVi if you're suffering from acute febrile diseases, pacemakers, epilepsy, during pregnancy, cancer etc.

We offer free shipping for everyone. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
- When and from where will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes 3-5 days to process and ship your order from our warehouse.
This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
- How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery takes between 5-8* business days after shipping.
*BUT due to high demand & postal service workers recent confinement, the delivery time WILL be longer now (~12-15 business days).
- How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that it takes up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

- Tracking number says my package was delivered?
It happens sometimes, if your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, you will have to file a “lost” package claim with USPS :

- Are the payment secure?
SlimVi uses a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our payment gateway provider has been audited by an independent PCI Qualifies Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. SlimVi therefore do not see or keep your credit card information.
We hope you will love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning it to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return, our team will assist you.
- What's your warranty?
At SlimVi, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with SlimVi. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.
- How can I ship it back to you?
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE ITEM OR RETURN IT TO THE SENDER, EMAIL US FIRST TO PROCESS THE RETURN.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. You're responsible for paying the return, exchange or store credit fee which covers the cost and restocking to send the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
There's a restocking fee to return your item and process a refund. The fee will be deducted from the gross sales amount that you paid for your order and the balance will be refunded to you.
- How can I cancel an order?
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
